mpro5 - an AIM listed B2B SaaS company providing process management software to the retail, facilities management, food service, rail and healthcare sectors, including Tesco, Morrisons, Churchill Group, the NHS, Chartwells, Northern Rail and more.

 

  • quadrupled website traffic and inbound leads in 6 months adding over £300k of potential MRR to the pipeline

  • repositioned mpro5 as ‘the process management app’ to focus and clarify our offering

  • changed messaging to focus on pain points we address and the benefits of mpro5, not the features

  • switched to an ‘always on’ approach to marketing rather than short tactical executions keeping us front of mind with our target audience – when they’re ready to buy, they remember us

Loop - a startup SaaS company providing Business Performance Management software to companies with a large network of sites, stores, or outlets including Volkswagen Group, Honda, Suzuki, AGCO, AireServ and Neighborly.

 

Targeting a niche audience, with low volume, high value sales opportunities:

 

  • delivered Loop’s first ever qualified inbound leads adding over £700,000 to the sales pipeline

  • delivered their first ever leads in new sectors worth £100k+

  • got Loop shortlisted for five awards (their first ever)

  • achieved Loop's first press coverage in national, targeted media, generating two meetings instantly

  • reviewed agency roster to deliver improved value and quality of work to deliver above results

Glass’s Guide/ Autovista Group – the only pan-European provider of automotive SaaS, data, and insight to insurance companies, fleet operators, finance providers, bodyshops, dealers and more.

  • established Glass’s first new business inbound digital marketing campaigns, with lead conversion rates of 78%, using email, social media, and paid advertising (Google Ads)

  • doubled the number of inbound leads in 2018, exceeding revenue targets

  • executed a group wide re-brand across 20 countries, applying new guidelines to all existing assets, on time and budget

  • led the 'print to digital' migration project, moving clients from legacy products to new digital ones, exceeding shareholder targets by successfully migrating 76% of customers

  • revolutionised our customers’ experience by introducing a customer lifecycle management email programme that successfully boosted retention rates from 75% to 85%, increasing retained revenue by over £200k

  • promoted to a European role with responsibility for marketing activity across 13 countries to deliver the same results as I did for the UK

  • responsible for all marketing activity, reporting directly to the CEO
